Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

1. Introduction

1. Introduction

AnyPartners (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our B2B platform (the “Service”). AnyPartners is currently operated as an early-stage, pre-incorporation project. The Service is not yet operated through a formally registered legal entity. The founders intend to formally incorporate a business to operate the Service in the future. Users acknowledge and accept that, at this stage, there is no separate corporate entity standing behind the Service, and that any claims or communications should be directed to the contact information in Section 16.

3. Legal basis for processing

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the following bases:

  • Performance of a contract - to provide the matching, communication, and storage functionality of the Service.

  • Legitimate interest - to prevent fraud, verify identities, and maintain platform integrity.

  • Legal obligation - to comply with applicable KYC/anti-fraud requirements.

  • Consent - for non-essential cookies and analytics, where required by your local law.

4. How we use your information

4. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform.

  • To facilitate connections between Founders and Service Providers by sharing relevant application details with the specific Service Provider you engage with.

  • To conduct our own preliminary KYC/KYB review.

  • To communicate with you about your account, applications, and platform updates.

  • To comply with applicable legal and anti-fraud obligations.

5. How we share your information

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information as follows:

  • Service Providers / Founders (the other party to a Deal): when you engage with a counterparty, your relevant project details, contact information, and pitch materials are shared with them. Once shared, that party processes your data under its own privacy practices, independently of AnyPartners.

  • Infrastructure hosting: we use third-party infrastructure and database hosting providers to operate the Platform securely. These providers process data solely to provide hosting services and do not use it for their own purposes.

  • AI-assisted matching: when you use the AI Assistant to describe your project or search for a match, the text you submit is processed by a third-party AI provider solely to generate matching results and conversational responses within the Service. This data is sent only for the purpose of powering that specific feature.

  • Transactional email: a third-party email provider is used to deliver account and notification emails.

  • Analytics: we use a third-party analytics provider to understand platform usage, in anonymized/aggregated form where possible. Non-essential analytics cookies require your consent where required by law (e.g., UK/EU users).

  • External communication channel: the Platform provides a group chat link on a third- party messaging service for each Deal. That service is not engaged by us as a data processor; communications there are governed by that service’s own privacy practices, and AnyPartners does not access or store the content of those conversations.

  • Business transfers: if AnyPartners’ operating business is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy as a result.

6. Cookies and tracking

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, including third-party analytics cookies, to understand platform usage. You may disable cookies in your browser, though some Platform functionality may not work correctly as a result. For users in the UK and EU, we request explicit consent before deploying non-essential analytics cookies. For a full list of the specific cookies we use and their purposes, see our Cookie Policy.

Our Service does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Some third-party sites linked from our Service may track your activity independently; check your browser settings if you wish to limit this.

7. Minimal data collection

7. Minimal data collection

We collect only what is needed to operate the Service: your Telegram ID and/or email address for identification and communication, technical logs (IP address, user-agent) for security and fraud prevention, and Deal records (which may be stored as hashed/reference identifiers rather than full transaction details where possible). We do not collect data beyond what supports the Service’s core functionality.

8. No financial data storage

8. No financial data storage

AnyPartners does not store credit card numbers, banking details, or private keys. All cryptocurrency payments occur directly between Founder and Service Provider wallets on public blockchain networks, outside AnyPartners’ systems (see Section 9 below). We do not operate a payment gateway and have no access to your private keys or wallet credentials at any point.

9. Public blockchain data

9. Public blockchain data

Payments between Founders and Service Providers occur directly on public blockchain networks (Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum, Tron). Transaction data recorded on these networks is public, permanent, and outside AnyPartners’ control. We cannot alter, delete, or restrict access to on-chain transaction history, even upon a data-deletion request. Any deletion request we receive applies only to data held within AnyPartners’ own systems, not to blockchain data.

10. International data transfers

10. International data transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in countries outside your own, including via infrastructure providers that do not currently maintain servers inside Kazakhstan.

For EU/UK users, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where data is transferred outside the UK/EU.

11. Data retention

11. Data retention

  • Identity and business documents submitted for vetting: retained for 5 years from the end of the account relationship, for fraud-prevention and compliance purposes.

  • Account and Deal records: retained while your account is active, plus 3 years thereafter.

  • Rejected or incomplete applications: retained for 12 months, then deleted.

  • Uploaded agreements: retained while your account is active, or as otherwise required to resolve an open dispute.

12. Your privacy rights

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;

  • request correction of inaccurate data;

  • request deletion of your personal data (subject to Section 9 and Section 11 above);

  • opt out of non-essential data processing or marketing communications.

Account email address. For security reasons - the email address used to register your account is the identifier we rely on to authenticate certain sensitive requests, including payment-related instructions - this specific field cannot be changed after account creation. This is narrower than, and does not otherwise limit, your general right to request correction of other inaccurate data described above. If your registered email is no longer accurate or accessible, contact us using the details in Section 16 to discuss your options.

California residents: the categories of personal information we collect generally fall under Identifiers (name, email, Telegram username), Commercial Information (Deal records), and Internet/Network Activity (technical logs) as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. AnyPartners does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out mechanism for sale/sharing is provided because no such sale or sharing occurs. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any privacy right under this Policy - we will not deny you service, charge you a different amount, or provide a lower level of service for doing so. California residents with an established relationship with us may also request information once a year about any disclosure of personal data to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, under California’s “Shine the Light” law.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 16.

13. Children’s privacy

13. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

14. Data security

14. Data security

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data, including row-level security (RLS) encryption on stored records. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Changes to this policy

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
